In a large pot, heat 6 liters of water to about 160°F (71°C). Add the crushed malts and maintain the temperature for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, sparge with hot water to collect about 5 gallons of wort.

Sparging

Bring the wort to a boil and add Cascade hops. Boil for 60 minutes, adding Centennial hops at 15 minutes and Citra and Amarillo hops in the final 5 minutes.

Boiling

Cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches about 70°F (21°C).

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermenter, pitch the yeast, and seal with an airlock. Ferment for about 1-2 weeks at room temperature.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve the priming sugar in a small amount of boiling water and add it to the bottling bucket. Transfer the beer to the bucket, mix gently, and bottle.

Bottling

Let the bottles sit at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks to carbonate before refrigerating and enjoying.
