Instructions

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

4

Combine Ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

5

Add Flavors

Divide the batter into three equal parts. In the first part, fold in the blueberries, in the second, fold in the chocolate chips, and in the third, fold in cranberries and lemon zest.

6

Fill Muffin Tins

Spoon the respective batter into the prepared muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

7

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8

Cool and Serve

Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
