Place the bottle of Peyrassol rosé in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. If short on time, submerge the bottle in an ice bucket filled with a mixture of ice and water for 20–30 minutes until it reaches about 8–10°C (46–50°F).

Chill the bottle

If using garnish, wash citrus and herbs. Slice lemon or orange into 2 thin wheels per serving. Lightly bruise mint sprigs by clapping between your palms to release aroma. If using frozen berries, keep them in the freezer until ready to serve.

Select chilled white wine or large tulip glasses. If you prefer the wine slightly colder, add a small handful of ice to the glass (optional).

Pour 150–180 ml (about 5–6 oz) of Peyrassol rosé into each glass. For a lighter, spritz-style pour, fill glasses two-thirds with rosé (about 120–150 ml) and top with 60 ml (2 oz) sparkling water per glass.

Garnish each glass with one citrus wheel and one mint sprig. Drop 2–3 frozen berries into each glass — they keep the wine cool without diluting it and add subtle fruit aroma.

Serve immediately. Encourage guests to sip and enjoy the wine’s Provence character: floral aromas, fresh red fruit, and a crisp finish.
