Preparation

  1. 1

    Chill the Glass

Before starting, place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Absolut Pear Vodka, 1 oz of Canton Ginger Liqueur, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of sour mix.

  3. 3

    Shake It Up

Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

  4. 4

    Strain into Glass

Remove your chilled martini glass from the freezer. Using a strainer, pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

  5. 5

    Top with Ginger Beer

Gently top the cocktail with 2 oz of Barritt's Ginger Beer. Be careful to pour it slowly to maintain the bubbles.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Optionally, garnish with a thin slice of pear or a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately and enjoy your Ginger Pear Martini!
