Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add Remaining Ingredients

To the cream cheese mixture, add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.

  4. 4

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Pita Chips Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Pita Chips

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the pita bread into triangles.

  2. 6
