Pasta Primavera Ingredients

Method

Pasta Primavera Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add the Vegetables

Add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss gently to combine.

  5. 5

    Season the Dish

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh basil, salt, and black pepper over the pasta and vegetables. Toss again to ensure everything is evenly coated.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
