Method

Meatball Preparation

    Mix Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

    Combine Mixture

    Using your hands, mix the ingredients until well combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

    Shape Meatballs

    Form the mixture into small balls, approximately 2.5 cm in diameter.

Cooking Meatballs

    Brown Meatballs

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once hot, add the meatballs.

    Cook Thoroughly

    Cook for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

    Italian Sauce

    For Italian Style: In the same skillet, add tomato sauce, dried basil, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    BBQ Sauce

    For BBQ Style: Add BBQ sauce and honey to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Swedish Sauce

    For Swedish Style: Add cream, beef broth, soy sauce, and allspice to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

    Vodka Cream Sauce

    For Vodka Cream Sauce: Add vodka, heavy cream, crushed tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Serving

    Coat Meatballs

    Once the sauce is prepared, return the meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce.
