Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Crust Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined and resembles wet sand.
- 3
Form the Crust
Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish evenly.
- 4
Bake the Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool while preparing the filling.

- 5
Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Add Key Lime Juice and Zest

- 7
Pour Filling into Crust
Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
