Add Wine and Citrus Juices
Pour in the white wine, fresh orange juice, and fresh lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce for about 5 minutes.

Finish the Sauce
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Cook the Rice
Add the long-grain rice to the pot and stir for 1-2 minutes until the rice is lightly toasted. Then add chicken or vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.

Simmer the Rice
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.
