Cucumber Vodka Infusion

Limeade Mix

Method

Cucumber Vodka Infusion

  1. 1

    Prepare Cucumber

Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. You can also use a peeler to create ribbons for a decorative touch.

  2. 2

    Infuse the Vodka

Place the cucumber slices into a clean glass jar or bottle. Pour the vodka over the cucumber, ensuring they are fully submerged. Seal the jar and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for a stronger flavor.

Limeade Mix

  1. 3

    Mix Limeade Ingredients

In a pitcher, combine the fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.

  2. 4

    Add Soda Water

Slowly add the soda water to the lime juice mixture, stirring gently to combine without losing too much carbonation.

  3. 5

    Assemble the Drink

Fill a glass with ice. Strain the cucumber-infused vodka into the glass, using about 60 ml per serving depending on your taste preference. Top with the limeade mixture.

  4. 6

    Garnish

Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves on top for added flavor and presentation.
