Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 8-10 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Making the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Until Smooth
Using a whisk or fork, mix the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Chill the Dressing
Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
