Directions

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot enough for baking the mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and gently scoop out the gills with a spoon to create space for the filling.

  3. 3

    Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

  4. 4

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Take a spoonful of the Boursin mixture and fill each Portobello mushroom cap generously. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese on top for added texture and flavor.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each mushroom to help them bake evenly.

  6. 6

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Baked Boursin Mushrooms as an appetizer or side dish!
