Preparation

1

Make the filling

In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

2

Fill the wrappers

Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and pinch to seal.

3

Cook the potstickers

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Place the potstickers in the skillet, making sure they are not touching. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.

4

Steam the potstickers

Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover immediately. Allow the potstickers to steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until the water has evaporated and the potstickers are cooked through.

5

Serve

Remove from heat and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
