Crisp the Prosciutto
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Lay the prosciutto slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Prepare the Figs
While the prosciutto is baking, slice the Shirazi figs in half and set aside.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the baby arugula with the sliced figs, crumbled feta, and diced Fontina cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Plate the arugula salad and top with the crispy prosciutto. Serve immediately.
