Select ripe Syrah grapes from the vineyard, ensuring they are healthy and free from rot.

Harvesting the Grapes

Crush the grapes to release their juice and remove the stems. This can be done with a grape crusher.

Crushing and Destemming

Transfer the crushed grapes into a fermentation tank. Add yeast and sulfites to the must. Allow the mixture to ferment at controlled temperatures for about 7-14 days.

Fermentation

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the skins and seeds.

Pressing

Transfer the wine into oak barrels and age for 6-12 months to develop flavors.

Aging

After aging, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal the bottles with corks and label them.
