Directions
Prepare the Coffee
Brew a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method.
Add Coffee
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the glass, leaving some space for the cream.
Top with Cream
Lightly whip the heavy cream until it thickens slightly but is still pourable. Carefully float the cream on top of the coffee using the back of a spoon.
Garnish and Serve
If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
