Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Crabs

Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water and add 1 cup of sea salt. Bring to a boil.

2

Cook the Crabs

Once the water is boiling, add the Florida stone crabs. Boil for about 8-10 minutes.

3

Prepare the Butter Sauce

While the crabs are cooking, melt 1 cup of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning, mixing well.

4

Serve

Once the crabs are cooked, remove them from the pot and let them cool slightly. Crack the claws and serve with the garlic butter sauce and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
