1. Prepare the Remoulade Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, capers, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
2. Prepare the Crab
Gently fold the colossal lump crab meat in a large bowl, being careful not to break up the lumps. Serve chilled.
