Preparation

Mimosas

1. Prepare the Mimosa

In a champagne flute, pour equal parts of chilled champagne and fresh orange juice. Stir gently and serve.

Bloody Marys

2. Mix the Bloody Mary

In a shaker, combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and black pepper. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with celery stalks and olives.

Caipirinhas

3. Prepare the Caipirinha

Cut the limes into wedges and muddle them with sugar in a glass. Add cachaça and ice, stir well, and serve.

Sangria

4. Mix the Sangria

In a large pitcher, combine the wine, fresh fruit, fruit juice, and brandy. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add sparkling water for fizz.
