Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the beef ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Ensure they are evenly coated.

Sear the Ribs

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the ribs on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

Prepare for Slow Cooking

In a slow cooker, pour in the beef broth. Place the seared ribs on top of the broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.

Add BBQ Sauce

In the last hour of cooking, mix the BBQ sauce and honey together. Brush the mixture over the ribs and continue cooking for the remaining hour.

Serve

Once done, remove the ribs from the slow cooker. Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy your hearty beef ribs!
