Two beef patties, six slices of bacon, house-made ranch, American cheese, sauteed onions, pickles.
In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of dried dill, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and sauté until they are translucent and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
In the skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach desired doneness. Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
On the bottom half of each bun, spread a generous amount of ranch dressing. Place one patty with melted cheese, add three slices of crispy bacon, some sautéed onions, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
