Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a lime wedge and rub it around the rim of a glass. Then, dip the rim into salt to coat it lightly. Set aside.
Muddle the Mint
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the mint leaves to release their oils.
Combine Ingredients
Add the agave spirit, fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, and agave syrup to the shaker with the muddled mint.
Shake It Up
Fill the shaker with ice cubes to taste, then secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture and combine the flavors.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim and an additional mint leaf if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
