Prepare Salsa

Make the Salsa

In a medium bowl, combine the anchovy fillets, chopped black olives, capers, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well and set aside.

Seared Tuna

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. When the oil is hot, add the tuna steaks to the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat.

Serve

Plate the Dish

Place the seared tuna steaks on plates and top with the anchovy, black olive, and caper salsa. Serve immediately.
