Prepare the Glaze

In a small bowl, mix together the piri piri sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Set aside.

Season the Monkfish

Season the monkfish loin with salt and black pepper on all sides.

Sear the Monkfish

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the monkfish loin and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Glaze the Fish

During the last minute of cooking, brush the glaze mixture generously over the monkfish, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
