Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the radiatore pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Mushrooms
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the wild mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and lightly browned.
Combine Pasta and Mushrooms
Add the cooked radiatore pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms. Toss well to combine. Drizzle with black truffle oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
Serve
