Add base ingredients
Pour 2 oz pisco over the ice, then add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice.

Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters directly into the glass.

Top with ginger soda
Slowly top with about 4 oz ginger ale (or ginger beer if you prefer a spicier, less sweet drink). Pour gently to preserve carbonation and avoid overflow.

Use a bar spoon to gently stir 4–6 slow rotations to combine ingredients without flattening the ginger soda.
