Cooking Directions

1

Cook the Pasta

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

3

Stuff the Shells

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture using a spoon or piping bag.

4

Assemble the Dish

Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce and pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells.

5

Top with Cheese

Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the stuffed shells.

6

Bake

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

7

Serve

Let the stuffed shells cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious stuffed shells!
