SPANISH OIL DIP

Unfiltered, vanilla, coconut, cream, honey, spice

In a large mixing bowl, combine 750 ml of Nigori sake, 200 ml of coconut cream, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Combine Base Ingredients

Add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, and a pinch of sea salt to the mixture. Stir again until the spices are evenly distributed.

Incorporate Spices

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Allow it to chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Chill the Mixture

Once chilled, pour the Yuki Tora mixture into glasses. Garnish each glass with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes and a few fresh mint leaves before serving.
