Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, n'duja, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, parsley, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2

Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, form the mixture into approximately 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3

Cook the Meatballs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

4

Prepare Tzatziki

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and dill.

5

Serve

Once the meatballs are cooked, serve them on a plate with a side of tzatziki, top with arugula, crispy garlic, and slices of red onion.
