Prepare glass rim (optional)
On a small plate, mix smoked paprika and coarse salt. Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a highball or pint glass, then dip the rim into the spice-salt mixture to coat. Set the glass aside.
Fill a mixing glass or shaker with large ice cubes to chill and slightly dilute the drink as it is mixed.
Add Absolut Pappar Vodka, Homemade Bloody Mary Mix, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Hawaiian chili pepper water, celery salt, and freshly ground black pepper into the mixing glass over ice.
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly blended, preserving a slightly textured, savory character. Do not vigorously shake — a Bloody Mary should be stirred.
Discard water from the prepared serving glass if any, add fresh ice (or leave if you prefer large ice), then strain the mixed cocktail into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
Taste and adjust: if you want more heat, add another 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Hawaiian chili pepper water; for acidity, squeeze the lemon wedge into the drink.
Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a celery stalk and a pickled okra or olive skewered on a cocktail pick. Add the lemon wedge on the rim or drop into the drink.
Serve immediately with a straw and a small napkin. Provide additional Hawaiian chili pepper water at the table for guests who want extra heat.
