1. Clean the Mushrooms

Gently wipe the button mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Trim the stems if necessary.

2. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh thyme, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.

1. Marinate the Mushrooms

Add the cleaned mushrooms to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Sizzle the Mushrooms

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated mushrooms, reserving the marinade. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are golden and tender.

3. Add Remaining Marinade

Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Serve

Remove from heat and serve the sizzling mushrooms hot, garnished with additional thyme if desired.
