Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

2

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.

3

Baste the Lobster

Preheat your grill or oven broiler. Brush the lobster meat with half of the garlic butter sauce, reserving the rest for later.

4

Cook the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails on the grill or under the broiler. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, basting with the reserved garlic butter sauce halfway through, until the meat is opaque and firm.

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and the remaining garlic butter sauce on the side.
