Preparation of the Skewers

Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine the beef tenderloin tips with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Skewers

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Assemble the Skewers

Thread the marinated beef tenderloin tips onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Making the Cilantro Mint Relish

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the chopped cilantro, chopped mint, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Stir well and set aside.

Making the Horseradish Cream

Mix the Cream

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Cooking the Skewers

Place the assembled skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
