Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Pasta
Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Blacken the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and blackened. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and carrot. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked angel hair pasta and blackened shrimp back to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together to combine and heat through.
Serve
Serve the blackened shrimp primavera hot, garnished with additional black pepper if desired.
