WINE & MORE

  1. 1

    Prepare the Strawberries

Wash the fresh strawberries under cold water. Remove the stems and slice each strawberry in half.

  2. 2

    Muddle the Mint and Sugar

In a mixing glass, add the fresh mint leaves and sugar. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press the mint leaves to release their aromatic oils, mixing it well with the sugar.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the sliced strawberries to the muddled mint and sugar mixture. Gently stir to coat the strawberries in the mint-sugar mixture, allowing them to macerate for about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve the Prosecco

In a wine glass or champagne flute, add a spoonful of the macerated strawberry mixture at the bottom. Carefully pour the Prosecco over the strawberries, filling the glass. Be cautious to avoid overflow.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Enjoy

Garnish with a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass and add a sprig of fresh mint on top. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing MARESINA Prosecco!
