Method

Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the baby back ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning mix all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Bake the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

  4. 4

    Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and brush generously with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through.

Family Sides

  1. 5

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, mix together the coleslaw ingredients. Toss well and refrigerate until serving.

  2. 6

    Heat the Baked Beans

In a pot over medium heat, warm the baked beans until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Salads

  1. 7

    Prepare the House Salad

In a large bowl, combine the house salad mix with your choice of toppings, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and dressing. Toss to mix.

  2. 8

    Prepare the Caesar Salad

In a separate bowl, toss the Caesar salad mix with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons until well combined.

Bread

  1. 9

    Serve the Croissants

Warm the croissants in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) if desired, then serve them fresh out of the basket.
