Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
Start by washing the potatoes thoroughly. If using fresh corn, cut the kernels off the cob.
Cook the Andouille Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, add the Andouille sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, browned Andouille sausage, and corn. Toss to mix well.
Prepare the Crab
If the Dungeness crab is whole, you may need to steam it for about 10-15 minutes until it turns bright red. If pre-cooked, simply clean and crack the shells.
Combine with Garlic Butter and Old Bay
In a large pot or serving dish, combine the crab, sausage, corn, and potatoes. Drizzle with melted garlic butter and sprinkle generously with Old Bay Seasoning. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
