Heat 5 gallons of filtered water to approximately 165°F (74°C).

Add the Pale Malt, Crystal Malt, and Munich Malt to the hot water.

Stir the mixture and maintain the temperature at about 150°F (65°C) for 60 minutes.

After 60 minutes, raise the temperature to 170°F (77°C) for 10 minutes to stop the mashing process.

Drain the wort from the mash into a brew kettle.

Boil Wort

Once boiling, add the Cascade Hops and boil for 60 minutes.

After 50 minutes of boiling, add the Willamette Hops.

Cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches about 70°F (21°C).

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel.

Pitch the yeast into the wort and seal the fermentation vessel.

Allow the beer to ferment at around 68°F (20°C) for 1-2 weeks.

Before bottling, dissolve 3 oz of corn sugar in 2 cups of boiling water for priming.

Prepare Priming Solution

Add the priming solution to the fermented beer and gently stir to combine.

Bottle the beer in sanitized bottles and cap them.

Allow the bottles to carbonate at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.
