Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and equipment needed for the cocktail.

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add Sipsmith Sloe Gin, Sipsmith Gin, lemon juice, sugar, Angostura bitters, and the pasteurized egg whites.

Dry Shake

Shake the mixture vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg whites.

Shake with Ice

Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
