Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Chimichurri Rub

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a dry rub.

2

Prepare the Filet Mignon

Pat the grass-fed filet mignon dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil over the surface of the steak.

3

Season the Steak

Generously apply the chimichurri rub to both sides of the steak, pressing it gently into the meat.

4

Cook the Steak

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the filet mignon and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

5

Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
