Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the Square One Botanical Vodka and Dolin Dry Vermouth.
Stir
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Remove the cocktail glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Express the oils from the lemon twist over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
