Ahi Poke Ingredients

Method

Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Ahi

Dice the sashimi grade ahi tuna into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl.

2

Mix the Marinade

In a separate small bowl, mix the ponzu sauce, sesame oil, and sea salt to taste. Pour this mixture over the diced tuna and gently toss to combine.

3

Make the Serrano Puree

Remove the seeds from the serrano pepper and blend it with a little bit of water until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

4

Prepare the Avocado

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out. Dice it into small cubes.

5

Assemble the Poke

On a serving plate, create a bed of diced avocado. Spoon the marinated ahi tuna on top. Drizzle the serrano puree over the fish. Sprinkle Korean chili flakes and chopped green onions for garnish.

6

Serve

Serve immediately with crispy wonton chips on the side for dipping.
