1

Prepare glass

Select a large wine glass or rocks glass and chill it briefly (5–10 minutes in the freezer) if desired. Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice to keep the drink cold and well-diluted.

2

Add Aperol and lime

Pour 2 oz chilled Aperol over the ice, then add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice. The lime brightens the classic Aperol Spritz and balances sweetness.

3

Add Prosecco

Gently pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco into the glass. Pour slowly down the side of the glass or over the back of a spoon to preserve bubbles and create a layered look.

4

Top with soda

Add 1 oz chilled soda water on top to lighten the cocktail and add effervescence. Adjust the soda amount to taste if you prefer a lighter spritz.

5

Stir gently

Using a bar spoon or long spoon, stir the drink gently once or twice to combine ingredients without flattening the bubbles.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim and/or an orange slice wedged into the glass. Serve immediately while cold and effervescent.
