Brownie Ingredients
Method
Brownie Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Combine Sugars and Eggs
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt.
Combine Mixtures
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
Add Walnuts and Cacao Nibs
Gently fold in the chopped walnuts and cacao nibs into the brownie batter.
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Serve warm with a scoop of gelato and drizzle with dulce de leche.
