Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the green onions, mince the garlic, and dice the chili peppers. Set aside.

2

Cook the Eggs

In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.

3

Stir-Fry the Base

In the same skillet, add sesame oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Then, add the kimchi and cook for a few minutes until heated through.

4

Add Rice and Pork

Add the cooked rice, pulled pork, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine and fry for about 5-7 minutes until everything is heated and slightly crispy.

5

Finish with Chili and Green Onions

Add the chopped chili peppers and green onions to the rice mixture. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

6

Serve

Serve the kimchi fried rice topped with the fried eggs. Enjoy!
