1. Make the Labneh
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with salt. Place a cheesecloth over a sieve and pour the yogurt mixture into it. Let it drain in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to achieve a thick consistency.
2. Prepare the Spices
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine.
3. Combine and Serve
Once the labneh is ready, transfer it to a serving dish. Drizzle the prepared spicy olive oil mixture over the top and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or as a dip.
