Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

  3. 3

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  4. 4

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the melted butter and mix well.

  5. 5

    Combine Wet and Dry

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

  6. 6

    Add White Chocolate Chips

Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

  7. 7

    Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set but still soft.

  8. 8

    Cool and Serve

Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
