Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine Wet and Dry
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add White Chocolate Chips
Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set but still soft.

Cool and Serve
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
