Perrier Bottle

Optional Serving Additions

Method

Serve Perrier

1

Chill bottle

Make sure the Perrier bottle has been chilled in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours so it is pleasantly cold (ideal serving temperature 6–8°C / 42–46°F).

2

Prepare glass (optional)

If using a glass, add 4 ice cubes if desired. Note: adding ice will dilute the water slightly as the ice melts.

3

Open bottle

Hold the bottle upright and gently twist the cap counterclockwise to open. Open slowly to control the release of carbonation and reduce vigorous fizzing.

4

Pour

Tilt the glass at a slight angle (about 45°) and pour the Perrier slowly down the side to preserve carbonation and minimize foaming. Fill to desired level.

5

Garnish (optional)

If desired, squeeze a lemon wedge gently over the surface to release a few drops of juice, then drop the wedge into the glass. Add a mint sprig for aroma.

6

Serve

Serve immediately while the water is cold and effervescent.
