Cocktail

Method

Cocktail

1

Mix base

Add vodka, Dolin Blanc, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.

2

Add bitters & ice

Add 3 dashes of cherry bitters to the shaker, then fill the shaker with ice (enough to chill quickly, roughly 6–8 large cubes).

3

Shake

Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosted.

4

Prepare glass

Fill a highball or Collins glass with cracked ice (about 1 cup).

5

Strain & top

Fine-strain the shaken mixture over the cracked ice. Top with approximately 2 oz club soda to give a light effervescence. Gently stir once with a bar spoon to combine and lift the carbonation through the drink.

Garnish & Serve

6

Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim and a maraschino (or brandied) cherry dropped into the drink.

7

Serve immediately with a straw. Optionally, express a lime peel over the top for extra aromatic brightness before placing the garnish.
