Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the Tajin seasoning to coat the rim.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine silver tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and pineapple juice.
Shake and Strain
Shake well for about 15 seconds, then strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
